摘要
目的观察胎儿泌尿系统畸形不同类型的超声图像特点,并研究分析产前超声检查诊断方法对胎儿泌尿系统畸形的诊断价值。方法收集在我院进行超声检查且检查结果为胎儿泌尿系统畸形的患者80例,将超声医师所得的诊断结果与随后的分娩结果或者引产后的病理解剖结果进行比较,分析超声检查准确率并统计不同类型的畸形在泌尿系统畸形的占比。结果在80例患者中,所得的诊断结果与随后的分娩结果和引产结果相一致的为77例,其中3例出现了误诊,准确率为96.25%。不同类型的胎儿泌尿系统畸形中以病理性肾积水的患者最多为42例,其次是肾囊肿为14例。结论产前超声检查对胎儿泌尿系统畸形的诊断具有较高的临床价值,其准确率较高,且可通过不同的声像图特征来了解胎儿泌尿系统畸形不同的类型。
Objective To observe the ultrasonographic characteristics of different types of fetal urinary system malformations, and to study the value of prenatal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal urinary system malformations.Methods Eighty patients receued ultrasound detection and the results showed that the fetal urinary system malformations in our hospital were collected. The diagnosis results of the ultrasound physician were compared with the results of the subsequent delivery or the pathological anatomy after induction of labor, and the accuracy rate was analyzed, the analysis of different types of deformities in the urinary system deformity accounted for the proportion were summed up. Results Of80 cases, the diagnosis results were in accordance with the results of the subsequent delivery and induction of labor in 77 cases, of which 3 cases were misdiagnosed, and the accuracy rate was 96.25%. Of the different types of fetal urinary malformation, most of the patients were pathological hydronephrosis, with 42 cases, followed by renal cysts in 14 cases.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography has a high clinical value for fetal urinary system malformations, and its accuracy rate is high, and different types of ultrasonographic features can be used to understand the different types of fetal urinary system malformations.
