摘要
目的探讨洛铂联合氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的疗效及对肿瘤恶性生物学行为的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2017年1月本院收治的晚期宫颈癌患者118例,经随机数表法分为对照组、研究组,各59例。对照组患者接受顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗,研究组患者接受洛铂联合氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗,均完成3个疗程。对比两组患者的治疗效果、病灶组织恶性分子表达量的差异。结果治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率略高于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);研究组患者病灶组织中增殖基因GBP1 m RNA的表达量高于对照组患者,Prdx4、YAP1、PCNA m RNA的表达量低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者病灶组织中侵袭基因Twist1、MACC1、COX-2、Rab11、Rb Ap48 m RNA的表达量低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期宫颈癌患者接受洛铂联合氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗治疗,可有效提升治疗效果并抑制恶性分子表达。
Objective To study the effect of lobaplatin combined with fluorouracil concurrent chemoradiotherapy on ad-vanced cervical cancer patients and the influence on malignant biological behavior. Methods A total of 118 patients with advanced cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with cisplatin and fluorouracil concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and patients in the study group were treated with lobaplatin combined with fluorouracil concurrent chemoradiotherapy, both of them were treated for 3 courses. Therapeutic ef-fects and expression of the malignant molecules in the lesions between the two groups were compared. Results After 3 courses of treatment, the total effective rate in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05). The expression of proliferating genes GBP1 m RNA in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the expressions of Prdx4, YAP1 and PCNA m RNA in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the expressions of invasive genes Twist1, MACC1,COX-2, Rab11 and Rb Ap48 m RNA in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Lobaplatin combined with fluorouracil concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and inhibit the expression of malignant molecules.
