单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的临床疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院62例脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组采用单纯内固定术进行治疗,观察组采用内固定结合椎体成形术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者Cobb角均小于治疗前,伤椎前高压缩比高于治疗前,且观察组Cobb角小于对照组,伤椎前高压缩比高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状,符合生物力学特征,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To study the curative effect of internal fixation and internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in spinal fracture. Methods Sixty-two patients with spinal fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple internal fixation and the observation group was treated with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty. The clinical effiects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the Cobb angles of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,the anteroposterior compression ratios were higher than those before treatment(P〈0.05); the Cobb angle of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group, the anteroposterior compression ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of vertebral fracture has a good clinical effect and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is in accordance with biomechanical characteristics and worthy of clinical application.
