被动凝集法检测儿童肺炎支原体抗体的临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的对临床肺炎支原体(MP)感染现状进行分析,探讨MP采用被动凝集法检测的效果。方法将2016年1月至2016年12月在本院进行治疗的100例MP感染患儿作为研究对象,采用被动凝集法对所有患儿进行肺炎支原体检测,并对其检测结果进行分析。结果 100例MP感染患儿检测结果显示,37例呈阳性,阳性率为37.00%;男患儿MP阳性率明显高于女患儿(P<0.05)。A组患儿的MP阳性检出率低于C、D组患儿(P<0.05)。冬季患儿的MP阳性率最高、夏季最低,不同季节患儿的MP阳性率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。经Spearman双变量等级线性分析发现,患儿年龄与抗体滴度之间呈正相关(r=0.884,P<0.05),患儿年龄越大,MP抗体滴度越高。结论被动凝集法在儿童肺炎支原体抗体的检测中特异性强,操作简单,是一种很有效的MP检测方法。 Objective To analyze the clinical status of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) infection in children with MP, to investigate the effect of passive agglutination in the detection of MP. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 100 children with MP infection in our hospital were as the research objects and given passive agglutination test, and the clinical results data were analyzed. Results Of the 100 children with MP infection, the test results showed that 37 cases were positive, the positive rate was 37.00%; the positive rate of MP in male children was significantly higher than that in female children(P〈0.05). The positive rate of MP in the group A was lower than that in the group C and D(P〈0.05). The positive rate of MP was the highest in winter and the lowest in summer, but the positive rates of MP in different seasons was not significantly different(P〈0.05). The Spearman bivariate grade linear analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between age and antibody titer(r=0.884, P〈0.05), the higher the age, the higher the titer of MP antibody. Conclusion Passive agglutination in children with MP antibody detection has the advantages of strong specificity and simple operation, and it is a very effective method for the detection of MP.
