不同时长阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗小儿肺炎的疗效及安全性比较

Efficacy and safety of azithromycin intravenous infusion in different durations in children with pneumonia

目的探究不同时长阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗小儿肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择小儿肺炎患者156例,随机分为A、B、C三组,三组患儿均使用10 mg/(kg·d)阿奇霉素静滴。A、B、C组分别注射30、120、240 min。比较三组患儿的疗效、治疗依从性和不良反应发生情况。结果 B、C组患儿的发热、咳嗽、气喘缓解时间均短于A组,愈显率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组的治疗总依从率高于C组,不良反应总发生率低于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎的治疗过程中,采用阿奇霉素并且静脉滴注时间为120 min进行治疗的效果显著,不良反应发生率低,依从性较高,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of azithromycin intravenous infusion in different durations in children with pneumonia. Methods A total of 156 children with pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into group A, B and C, all of children were given azithromycin intravenous infusion 10 mg/（kg·d）. Group A was treated with injection in 30 min, group B was treated with injection in 120 min, group C was treated with injection in 240 min. The efficacy,treatment compliance and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results The fever, cough, asthma relief time in the group B, C were shorter than those in the group A, the cure and remarkable rates of treatment were higher than that of the group A（P 0.05）. The total compliance rate of treatment in the group A and B were higher than that in the group C, the total incidence of adverse reactions were lower than that in the group C（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric pneumonia, azithromycin intravenous infusion for 120 minutes has significant effect, it has low incidence of ad-verse reaction and high compliance, which is safety and reliable.
