鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗方法分析

Analysis of nasal cosmetic and plastic comprehensive surgery

目的研究并探讨鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗方法及其临床效果。方法将于我院接受鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析,对其鼻部美容整形综合手术方法进行总结,并观察患者的治疗效果,对其满意度进行调查,比较患者手术前、后的心理状态及生活质量评分。结果 59例患者均对鼻部整形手术效果满意,手术效果满意度为98.33%;术后,患者的焦虑及抑郁评分明显低于术前(P<0.05);术后,患者的躯体健康、心理健康、物质生活、社会功能评分明显高于术前(P<0.05)。结论鼻部美容整形综合手术可有效改善患者的鼻部外观,提高患者面部美观度,手术安全性和成功率较高,可达到令人满意的美学效果,还可改善患者的心理状态,提高其生活质量水平。

Objective To study and discuss comprehensive surgical treatment and its clinical effects of nasal cosmetic and plastic comprehensive surgery. Methods Sixty cases of patients with nasal cosmetic and plastic comprehensive surgery were selected as the study objects, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the comprehensive methods of nasal cosmetic and plastic surgery were summarized, the therapeutic effect was observed, the satisfaction was investigated, and the scores of psychological state and quality of life before and after operation were compared. Results Fifty-nine patients were satisfied with the effect of nasal plastic surgery, and the satisfaction rate of the operation was 98.33%. After operation,the anxiety and depression scores of the patients were lower than those before operation（P 0.05）. After operation, the scores of physical health, mental health, physical life and social function of the patients were higher than those before operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nasal cosmetic and plastic comprehensive surgery can effectively improve the patients＇ nasal appearance and facial appearance. The operation has safety and high success rate, it can achieve a satisfactory aesthetic effect, also can improve the psychological status and quality of life of the patients.
