彩色多普勒超声观察下肢骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成的价值

Value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower limb after fracture

目的分析彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成的价值。方法本研究所选对象为2015年2月至2017年2月我院收治的80例下肢骨折后疑似下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,全部患者均给予彩色多普勒超声检查,并和数字减影血管造影检查结果进行比较。结果彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示,74条下肢深静脉血栓形成的部位和数字减影血管造影检查结果相符,临床诊断准确率为92.5%(74/80)。结论在对下肢骨折后下肢深静脉血栓形成进行诊断时,彩色多普勒超声检查具有操作简单方便、检查可重复、安全经济、图像清晰以及患者依从性理想等特点,可同时对血管内的血流状态和血管周围病变情况观察,对疾病的发生、发展和转归判断有积极意义,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after lower limb fracture. Methods A total of 80 cases of lower extremity fracture patients who were suspected of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were given color Doppler ultrasound detection, and the results were compared with that of the digital subtraction angiography. Results The results of color Doppler ultrasonography showed that the location of 74 deep vein thrombosis in lower limb were consistent with digital subtraction angiography, and the accuracy of clinical diagnosis was 92.5%（74/80）. Conclusion In the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis formation after lower limb fracture, color Doppler ultrasound has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, repeatability, high safety, economy, clear image and ideal compliance.It can observe the state of blood flow in the blood vessel and the pathological changes around the blood vessel at the same time,which has positive significance to the occurrence, development and prognosis of the disease, with a clinical application value.
