摘要 目的探讨老年患者营养风险评估与干预对患者营养状况的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2017年5月在我院老年病科住院的241例患者,应用住院患者营养风险筛查NRS-2002评估表进行评估,将存在营养风险的57例患者分为试验组(n=28)和对照组(n=29)。试验组患者给予个性化营养干预,对照组患者给予常规营养指导。比较两组患者的营养情况及住院时间。结果试验组干预后血清前白蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白及淋巴细胞水平明显高于干预前及对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的住院时间为(17.71±4.02)d,明显短于对照组的(24.04±4.62)d(P<0.05)。结论给予营养不良老年患者个性化营养干预能明显改善患者的营养状况,增强机体免疫力,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度。 Objective To investigate the influence of nutritional risk assessment and individualized nutrition intervention effect in elderly patients. Methods A total of 241 elderly patients admitted in geriatrics department of our hospital from March 2017 to May 2017 were selected, and the nutrition status of the patients were assessed by the NRS-2002 screening scale. Fifty-seven patients existed nutritional risk were divided into experimental group(n=28) and control group(n=29).The experimental group was given individualized nutrition intervention, and the control group accepted routine nutrition guidance. The nutritional status and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of serum prealbumin, plasma albumin, hemoglobin and lymphocytes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P〈0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was(17.71 ±4.02) d,which was higher than(24.04±4.62) d of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Individualized nutrition intervention in malnourished elderly patients can significantly the patients' nutritional status, enhance body immunity, shorten hospitalization time and improve the patients' satisfaction.
