预见性护理应用于尿毒症血液透析患者护理中的临床效果

Clinical effect of predictive nursing in the nursing of uremia patients with hemodialysis

目的分析预见性护理应用于尿毒症血液透析患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月我院收治的62例行血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组31例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行预见性护理。比较两组尿毒症血液透析患者护理干预后的治疗依从性、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度与治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症血液透析患者护理中预见性护理的应用效果显著,不仅能够进一步提升患者对临床护理服务工作的满意度,加强其临床治疗依从性,还可以降低并发症发生率,值得在临床护理服务工作中推广运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of predictive nursing on the nursing of hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods Sixty-two cases of uremia with hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected, and divided into research group and control group according to the random table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the research group was given predictive nursing. The treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in the research group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The predictive nursing in uremia patients with hemodialysis has significant nursing efficacy, it can improve the patients＇ satisfaction with clinical nursing service, strengthen the clinical treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worth promoting and applying in the clinical nursing service.
