急性肾小球肾炎患者应用营养支持和护理的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of nutritional support and nursing in patients with acute glomerulonephritis

目的探讨营养支持和护理在急性肾小球肾炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月至2016年6月我院收治的96例急性肾小球肾炎患者,根据便利抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组采取肾内科必要的常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加营养支持,对两组患者肾功能生理指标进行观察比较。结果观察组患者24 h尿蛋白、Scr、BUN水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养支持和护理可有效改善急性肾小球肾炎患者肾功能指标,提高患者健康知识知晓程度,可以改善机体的营养状态,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nutritional support and nursing in patients with acute glomerulonephritis.Methods Ninety-six patients with acute glomerulonephritis admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to the convenient sampling method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received the necessary routine nursing of the nephrology department. The observation group increased nutritional support on this basis. The physiological indicators of renal function were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of 24 h urinary protein, Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nutrition support and nursing can effectively improve the renal function of patients with acute glomerulonephritis, and improve the awareness of health knowledge of patients, it can improve the body＇s nutritional status. and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
