精神分裂症患者自我管理行为的认知-心理模型构建

Cognitive-Psychological Model Construction of Self-management Behavior in Patients with Schizophrenia

精神分裂症患者可参与疾病的自我管理,且疾病的自我管理是促进患者精神康复和回归社会的重要手段。目前,精神分裂症患者自我管理状况并不理想,探索精神分裂症患者的自我管理行为机制对促进患者的精神康复具有重要意义。本研究在回顾了众多健康行为理论的基础上,借鉴理论整合的方法,初步提出了精神分裂症患者自我管理行为的认知-心理模型,以期为揭示患者自我管理行为的发生路径提供理论参考,为改善自我管理干预项目提供实践依据。

Patients with schizophrenia can engage in disease self-management.Self-management has been proven to be a vital factor for patients' mental recovery.Currently,patients' self-management situation is not satisfactoring.Exploring patient's self-management behavioral mechanism is of great significance to promote patient's rehabilitation.Based on the review of health behavior related theories and through theory synthesis,this study put forward the cognitive-psychological model of self-management behavior in patients with schizophrenia.Thus,it might provide theoretical reference for revealing the pathway of self-management as well as establish practical basis for improving self-management intervention programs.
