摘要 维生素D是人体必需的一种营养物质,从开始发现维生素D的存在,到目前短短不到100年的时间里,人类对这种人体必需的"第四种维生素"已经有了长足的认识。维生素D不仅能够调节钙磷代谢,维持人体骨骼健康,还与多种疾病的发生和发展息息相关。回顾历史,我们不难发现唯物辩证法贯穿于维生素D研究的全过程。我们应该站在一定高度,用哲学观点来辩证地看待维生素D,才能更好地认识维生素D,更好地运用维生素D,让其对人类的健康发挥更大的作用和功效。 Vitamin D is one of the essential nutrients for people.Less than 100 years have passed from the discovery of vitamin D to now,and we have made many studies on "the fourth kind of vitamin" and have got a deep knowledge of its effects on human body and the relationship with the diseases.Vitamin D not only can regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism in body to sustain the health of human body skeleton,but also is closely related to the emergence and development of many diseases.When we look back through history,we found that the materialist dialectics was embedded in the whole progression of the relevant studies of vitamin D.We should stand in a certain height,using the dialectical and philosophical views to understand vitamin D.The further studies are needed to use vitamin D better to promote the human health in the future.
