摘要
为了解医患双方对如何处理医疗纠纷的态度,采用方便抽样,对医务人员和公众进行问卷调查,了解其对医疗纠纷处理方式的选择、对医疗纠纷死亡案例中可接受的诉讼时间和赔偿金额的心理预期以及对医疗鉴定机构的信心。结果发现,医患双方关于医疗纠纷处理方式、心理预期赔偿金以及对医疗鉴定机构的选择都有较大差别。建议改进医院接待处理投诉的职能、推进医疗意外保险制度、将医学会专家逐步并入国家司法鉴定人管理体系,进而完善医疗纠纷处理机制,让医患关系在法律保障的轨道中运行。
This article aims to investigate the attitudes of doctors and patients on how to solve medical disputes.Questionnaire survey has been conducted on doctors and patients through convenient sampling,aiming to understand their attitudes on the possible solutions of medical disputes,expectation on the action duration and compensation of death cases,as well as confidence on the identification institutions.The results show that doctors and patients have different attitudes on the solutions of medical disputes.It is suggested that the hospitals should improve their functions on handling complaints,medical accident insurance system should be implemented,and experts in medical associations should be included as the judicial appraisers gradually.
