医联体相关主体竞争性与合作性的关系

Relationship between Competitiveness and Cooperativeness of Relevant Subjects in Medical Alliance

医联体由不同等级、不同功能的医疗机构构成,是分级诊疗体系成功建立的重要抓手,扮演着至关重要的角色。各级医疗机构融竞争性与合作性于一身,在不同情形、不同阶段体现的也不尽相同。当前医联体建设褒贬不一,通过分析各相关主体的角色属性,以期矫正认识偏差。并从制度层面、认知层面等给出一定的建议,使各级医疗机构正确处理竞争性与合作性的关系,既展现其守卫民众健康的公益性角色,又保障其合理发展的权利,并为健康中国战略提供支撑。

The medical alliance consists of different grades and different functions.It is an important role for the successful establishment of the graded diagnosis system.All levels of medical institutions are competitive and cooperative,with varieties in different situations and different stages.However,there is disagreement on the evaluation of medical alliance.This paper analyzed the character of the stakeholders,so as to correct the cognitive bias of medical alliance.From the systematic and cognitive levels,some suggestions were provided,in order to balance the relationship between competitiveness and cooperativeness of medical institutions at all levels,playing both roles of protecting public health and promoting medical alliance sound development,which will also provide support for health China strategy.
