摘要
为解决现有稠油油藏热采方法中热损失严重导致开发效果变差的问题,提出了利用水平井电加热地层水供热进行稠油热采的方法。通过研究生活中4类加热现象及其内在热传递规律,从技术实现及经济效益等方面论证水平井电加热油藏边底水层热采方法的可行性。首先,现有技术可以满足电加热设备的生产;其次,数模结果显示电加热地层水可使油藏温度上升至原始油藏温度的5~6倍,完全能够满足稠油热采的温度需求;第三,经济效益分析表明,电加热地层水吨油成本相比其他传统热采方法更低。该方法高效、安全、环保、经济,能够解决蒸汽及热水长距离运输而导致的热能损耗问题,大幅提高中深层稠油及高凝油油藏开发效果,具有很好的推广价值。
The method of heating stratum water by horizontal wells to develop heavy oil reservoir is proposed to solve the problem of low efficiency in heavy oil thermal recovery because of heat losing.The paper,by researching 4 types of heating phenomena of daily life and internal heat transfer law,proposed thermal process of electric heat reservoir with edge-bottom water by horizontal wells,argued feasibility from various aspects.Firstly,modern techniques could meet the production of the heating equipment.Secondly,numerical simulation results suggested that heating formation water could promote reservoir temperature up to 5~6 times to its original temperature,that can fully meet the temperature requirement of heavy oil thermal recovery.Thirdly,economic analysis indicated that costs of per ton oil by electric heating was less than the cost of per ton oil by other traditional thermal recovery methods.The thermal process by heating formation water is efficient,safe,environmental,economical and worthy of being expanded,and would effectively develop the medium-deep and super-deep heavy oil reservoirs and high pour point oil reservoirs by solving the problem of undesirable thermal recovery effect of steam and hot water driving due to its long distance transportation.
