摘要 为了利用长水平段水平井钻井技术和分段压裂技术来开发低渗透油气藏,针对樊154-2HF钻进过程中主要面临的水平段长、摩阻扭矩大、井眼轨迹控制难度大等技术难点,将该井井身结构设计为三开型,直井段采用"塔式钻具"小钻压吊打防斜,增斜段下入地质导向仪器,为顺利进入油层提供技术支持,水平段采用常规"稳斜钻具结构"和定向钻具结构,实现单趟最高进尺548m,测量系统采用先进的MWD(LWD)随钻测量系统,确保数据准确性和稳定性;钻井液体系采用铝胺基钻井液体系,确保了水平段的有效延伸。成功实现了樊154-2HF井完钻井深4916m,垂深2720.81m,水平段长2015m,水平位移2384.87m,创中石化152.4mm井眼水平段最长纪录;为非常规致密砂岩油气藏小井眼长水平段水平井的开发积累了丰富的经验,为后续长水平段水平井的钻进提供了技术支撑。 To take advantage of the long horizontal section of horizontal well drilling technology and staged fracturing technology to develop low permeability reservoirs,Fan154-ping2 mainly faced to friction torque,borehole trajectory,control difficult technical problems in the process of drilling horizontal long,such as the well casing program design for the three open type,vertical section using small wob"drill tower"easing the bit in the oblique,increase of oblique section into the geosteering equipment to provide technical support for the smoothly into the reservoir,horizontal section of the conventional"steady inclined drilling tool structure"and directional drilling tool structure and realize the single trip to the highest speed of 548 m,measuring system adopts advanced"MWD"measurement while drilling(LWD)system,to ensure data accuracy and stability,the drilling fluid system is made of aluminum amino drilling fluid system to ensure the effective extension of the horizontal section.Fan154-ping2 is implemented after well drilling depth of 4916 m,2720.81 mdeep,level 2015 m,the horizontal displacement of 2384.87 m,and sinopec 152.4 mm hole horizontal section the longest on record,long for unconventional tight sandstone reservoir in slim-hole horizontal section of horizontal well development and accumulated rich experience,for subsequent long horizontal section of horizontal well drilling provides the technical support.
