基于口述历史人物访谈工作实践,以湖南图书馆"寻访湖南抗战老兵"为案例,从前期准备、提纲、计划、流程、技巧等方面对开展口述历史工作人物访谈的实践方法及具体操作流程进行了总结。

Based on the practice in the oral history interview work taking Hunan Library to look for Hunan Veterans of the Anti-Japanese War as a case this paper summarizes the practical methods and the concrete operation process of interview work of oral history fgures from the aspects of preparation, outline, plan, process and skill.
