利旧塔器中间球冠封头优化设计的有限元分析

摘要 塔器的利旧是炼化企业装置升级改造常遇到的问题,中间球冠封头的稳定性核算是常减压装置中减压汽提塔的利旧计算中的重要部分。本文利用有限元分析法对负压工况作用下减压汽提塔中间球冠封头的两种利旧方案进行稳定性分析。依据分析结果,确定了两种优化方案的安全可靠性,并对比出两者中的最优方案。 The old equipment is often encountered in upgrading and revamping of refinery enterprises. The stability calculation of the middle sphere cap is an important part of the old calculation of steam stripper in the atmospheric and vacuum unit. In this paper,the finite element analysis of two kinds of old programs of decompression stripper middle spherical crown under the negative pressure conditions the stability analysis. Based on the analysis results,the safety and reliability of the two optimization schemes are determined and the best scheme of the two is compared.
