摘要
针对《工业机器人技术及应用》教学方式存在的问题,提出了一种基于典型工业机器人应用技术的可视化和实践性实验教学平台——微型智慧工厂。阐述了微型智慧工厂的科学意义、特点、系统组成和工位布局等方面的内容,举例说明工业机器人在微型智慧工厂中具体的操作应用,培养学生对工业机器人应用实践能力,从而满足社会发展的产业需求。
In view of the existing problems in the teaching method of < industrial robot technology and application >,this paper puts forward the micro-intelligent factory that is based on the visualization and practical experimental teaching platform of typical industrial robot application technology. This paper describes the scientific significance,characteristics,system composition and layout of micro-intelligent factory,and illustrates the specific operation application of industrial robots in micro-intelligent factory,and cultivates students' practical ability on industrial robot application to meet social development of industrial demand.
