摘要
针对中低温催化剂在实验室的研究已获得一定的进展,但在工程应用方面还未完全普及。本文研究了Mn-Ce/TiO_2中低温板式催化剂,考察了Mn-Ce含量百分比及焙烧温度、空速及O2含量对脱硝活性的影响。实验结果表明,所测样品中10%Mn-5%Ce/TiO_2脱硝效率最高。空速越高,脱硝效率越低。O2浓度越高,脱硝效率越高。O2浓度达到一定数值时,脱硝效率保持不变,同时也能让催化剂活性达到最大值。
The laboratory investigation of mediun and low-temperature catalyst has made some progress. However,the engineering application for the catalyst has not yet fully popularized. In this paper,the mediun and low temperature plate catalyst of Mn-Ce/TiO_2 were studied. The influence of Mn-Ce content and calcination temperature,airspeed andO_2 content on de-nitration activity were investigated. The experimental results showed that 10% Mn-5% Ce/TiO_2 denitration was most efficient in the measured samples. The higher the airspeed,the lower the denitration efficiency. As the concentration ofO_2 increases,the efficiency of denitration increases. when the concentration of O_2 reaches a certain value,the efficiency remains constant and the activity of the catalyst can be maximized.
