外科医生伤口湿性愈合理论的认知和态度调查分析

Survey and analysis of cognition and attitude of surgeon on wound wet healing theory

[目的]了解外科医生伤口愈合理论的认知、态度,更好地促进病人伤口的愈合。[方法]通过自行拟定的调查问卷对某大型三级甲等医院外科医生进行横断面调查,内容涉及湿性愈合理论的概念、优点、适应证等认知,对湿性愈合方法和护士国际伤口师的态度,数据采用SPSS20.0进行统计学处理,采用构成比等进行统计描述。[结果]绝大部分外科医生对伤口湿性愈合理论的相关知识了解甚少。31.7%的外科医生完全不了解;35.9%的外科医生了解一点;28.1%的外科医生一般了解;3.7%的外科医生比较了解;仅有0.7%的外科医生非常了解。在赞成湿性愈合方法的态度方面,4.1%的外科医生居然完全不赞成;24.7%的外科医生赞成一点;35.6%的外科医生一般赞成;17.8%的外科医生比较赞成;仅仅13.7%的外科医生非常赞成。在赞成国际伤口师的态度方面,19.2%的外科医生完全不赞成;11.0%的外科医生赞成一点;17.8%的外科医生一般赞成;27.4%的外科医生比较赞成;38.4%的外科医生非常赞成。[结论]外科医生对伤口湿性愈合理论的认知甚少,不太赞成湿性愈合的方法,对国际伤口师的赞同也不理想。因此,医院及伤口界专家需要对外科医生进行伤口愈合知识的再培训,更新观念,以提高临床伤口治疗水平。

Objective:To understand the cognition and attitude of surgeon on the wound wet healing theory,in order to promote the wound healing of the patients.Methods:The surgeon were investigated through the cross-sectional survey in a third grade A Hospital by a self-designed questionnaire,involving the cognition of concept,advantages,indications of wet healing theory and the attitude on the wet healing method and the nurses of international division.The data were statistically processed by SPSS20.0,and the composition ratio was used to make a statistical description.Results:Most of surgeons knew a little about the theory of wound wet healing.31.7% of the surgeons did not understand.35.9% of the surgeons understood a point.28.1% of the surgeons understood in general.Only about 3.7% of the surgeons understood.Only about 0.7% of the surgeons very understood.The attitude in favor of wet healing method,4.1%of the surgeons actually disagreed completely.24.7%of the surgeons were in favor of a point.35.6% of the surgeons were in favor of in general.17.8% of the surgeons agreed.Only 13.7%of the surgeons agreed very much.The attitude in favor of international division,19.2% of the surgeons did not agree.11% of the surgeons were in favor of a little.17.8% of the surgeons were in favor of in general.27.4% of the surgeons agreed.38.4% of the surgeons agreed very much.Conclusions:The surgeons had little knowledge of wound wet healing theory,and did not agree with the method of wet healing.Therefore,the experts in the hospital and the wound community need to retrain the knowledge of wound healing for the surgeons,the surgeons should renew their ideas to improve the level of clinical wound healing.
