摘要
深部矿井大变形巷治理对于煤矿的安全生产至关重要。针对东滩煤矿深部开采过程中遇到巷道大变形问题,首先开展巷道围岩微观试验,研究其大变形产生的内在机理,并采用探地雷达和钻孔摄像技术,测定大变形巷道松动圈范围,为支护方案设计提供依据。随后在现有支护方案的基础上,提出应力缓释与围岩加固相结合的联合支护方案,该支护方案在东滩煤矿北轨大巷现场应用表明,应力缓释与围岩加固相结合的支护方案,可以很好的控制巷道顶底板和两帮的大变形,具有良好支护效果。
The treatment of large deformation roadway in deep mine is very important to the safety production of coal mine. Aiming at the problem of large deformation of roadway in the deep mining process of Dongtan coal mine, the micro test of surrounding rock of roadway is carried out first. The internal mechanism of large deformation is studied, and the range of loose ring of large deformation roadway is determined by using ground penetrating radar and borehole camera technology, which provides the basis for the design of support scheme,then on the basis of the existing support scheme. This paper puts forward a combined support scheme which combines stress slow release with surrounding rock reinforcement. The application of this support scheme in Dongtan coal mine north track roadway shows that stress slow release combined with surrounding rock reinforcement is a support scheme. It can control the roof and bottom of the roadway well. The large deformation of the plate and the two groups has a favorable supporting effect.
