1208回风巷全煤巷道支护技术研究

摘要 某矿1208回风巷属于全煤巷道,工程实践表明该煤巷支护难度很大,通过对巷道变形破坏原因分析,针对性的提出了高凸钢带-预应力锚网索耦合支护技术,加之对底板采取注浆加固措施,开发了配套施工工艺技术,并在1208回风巷试验中取得成功,经济效益和社会效益明显。 1208 return air lane belongs to the whole coal roadway, a mine engineering practice indicates that the coal roadway supporting is very difficult, the reasons of roadway deformation and failure are analyzed, and corresponding proposed high convex strip-prestressed anchor wire rope coupling support technology, combined with the floor grouting reinforcement measures, development of the construction technology of form a complete set, and in 1208 the return air lane experiment is a success, obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
