摘要 随着石油价格日益上涨,能源的快速消耗和耗能引起广大的重视。水煤浆,是指煤在水中的浓缩悬浮液,因此受到相当大的关注。改性萘系水煤浆添加剂的研究已经成为水煤浆发展过程中不可或缺的一部分。水煤浆的稳定性是最主要的要求,可提高其燃烧和气化效率。然而,在沉淀浓缩的水煤浆期间颗粒相互作用的增加对于浆料稳定是不利的。粘度也增加,影响了通过管道输送中泵送浆料的功率要求。因此,目前的重点是快速和高效来配制添加剂,增加煤浆稳定性。结合环保和社会发展的需要,本文对各类改性萘系水煤浆添加剂的研究提出了新的建议和展望。 With the rising oil prices, the rapid consumption of energy and energy consumption aroused widespread attention. Coal-water slurry(CWS), which is a concentrated suspension of coal in water, has received considerable attention. Research on modified naphthalene series CWS additives has become an indispensable part in the development of CWS. The stability of CWS is the most important requirement to improve its combustion and gasification efficiency. However, an increase in particle interaction during precipitation of concentrated coal water slurry is detrimental to slurry stability. Viscosity also increases, affecting the power requirements for pumping slurry through the pipe. Therefore, the current emphasis is on fast and efficient formulation of additives to increase coal slurry stability. Combining with the needs of environmental protection and social development, this paper puts forward some new suggestions and prospects for the research on various types of modified naphthalene series CWS additives.
