摘要
对V锥流量计抗扰动特性的研究,有助于厘清V锥流量计的计量性能。将成套圆片型漩涡、圆片型剖面扰动发生器,分别安装在V锥流量计上、下游0D、3D处的直管段上,进行扰动对V锥流量计测量性能影响的试验。通过试验数据分析得出了未安装与安装扰动发生器时流量的相对误差。研究结果表明,上、下游0D、3D处扰动对V锥流量计测量性能的影响明显,在实际使用中应引起足够的重视。
Measuring properties of the V-cone fowmeter can be clarifed by researching its disturbance characters. Some upper and lower disturbance experiments were implemented with sets of disturbers installed on testing pipelines after 0D or 3D straight pipes to the fowmeter. Afterwards, the testing data were analyzed to reveal relative errors of fows by installed and uninstalled disturbers. It is demonstrated by the results that upper and lower disturbances after 0D or 3D straight pipes have obvious impacts on the measurements of the V-cone fowmeter, which should be pay more attention in actual applications.
