Analysis and interpretation for the measuring method of diffraction angle indication error of the polycrystalline X-ray diffractometer

论述了JJG 629—2014《多晶X射线衍射仪》检定规程中衍射角示值误差的测量方法,分析了测量过程中的技术关键及其对结果的影响。评估了衍射角示值误差测量的不确定度,结果小于示值误差限的三分之一,能够满足合格评定的要求。

The measuring method for the diffraction angle indication error, according to JJG 629 - 2014 Verifcation regulation of polycrystalline X-ray diffractometers, is discussed in detail in this paper. The key technical points in the measuring process are analyzed, and the effect on the result as well. The uncertainty of the measurement is evaluated, and the result is less than 1/3 of the limit of indication error, which can meet the requirement of the qualifcation evaluation.
