通过对12表位启停容积法摄像头自动读取示值冷水水表检定装置在检定过程中存在的一些问题进行分析从而提出解决方案,即在原来装置的基础上以激光定位瞄准检测装置代替摄像头,从而可以有效的解决在检定过程中由于振动或者是夹表滑轮移动导致摄像头不能准确定位的问题。

This article mainly put forward the solution for the problem when the 12 tables a start-stop volume camera automatic reading water meter calibration device in the process of verification. Namely, on the basis of the original device replace the camera with the laser alignment detection device, which can effectively solve the problem that the cameras can＇t accurate positioning in the process of verification because of the vibration or the clamping pulley movement.
