摘要
对链条锅炉炉内增拱进行了理论分析,然后采用飘带与风速仪测量相结合的方法对炉内增加前拱后的不同负荷下空气动力场进行了冷态试验研究,同时通过CFD进行了数值模拟验证,给出了不同负荷下速度流场分布图,为锅炉技术改造提供理论和试验依据。
In this paper, first make a theoretical analysis of increase arch chain boiler furnace, and then the ribbon and the anemometer combination of the furnace increased after the front arch under different load aerodynamic feld test has been carried out on the cold, and validated by numerical simulation by CFD, gives the velocity distribution of the fow feld under different loads and provide theoretical and experimental basis for the technological transformation of the boiler.
