摘要
鉴于当前客车经常出现的整车电源运行异常等问题,开发一种基于CAN总线技术的客车智能化电源控制盒。该电源控制盒可以实现:监测蓄电池充放电电流和发电机发电电流;监测起动电流以保证安全起动,蓄电池SOC估算,通过CAN总线技术在仪表实时显示上述测量数据,并对蓄电池、发动机、起动机进行有效控制。根据采集的数据判断车辆的故障并适时报警,以提高整车电气系统安全性。
this article focuses passenger bus common problems such as abnormal running vehicle power supply, and proposes a design of bus intelligent power control box based on CAN bus technology. The box can realize: monitoring battery charge and discharge current and generator current; monitoring to ensure the safe starting current; battery SOC estimation. Through CAN bus technology the above measured data can be displayed in real time, which keeps the battery, engine and starter under effective control Using the data collected can achieve vehicle failure detect and timely alarm, and thus improve the vehicle electrical system safety level.
