摘要
针对整车标定开发过程中的开发品质和开发进度之间的矛盾,展开基于模型的标定方法的研究。通过建立基于扭矩的整车模型,合理设置模型边界条件,计算出整车动力性、经济性基础标定数据。通过模型可以计算出发动机运行工况,为整车标定及验证提供参考。采用基于模型的标定方法,动力性、经济性开发周期缩短至少3个月,油耗计算精度提高5%。
In order to solve the contradiction between the quality and the progress in the development of vehicle calibration, the model-based vehicle calibration is studied. Through building torque-based vehicle model, with the reasonable boundary, the basic calibration data are calculated, such as the power and fuel consumption. The model can be used to calculate the operating conditions of the engine for the vehicle calibration and validation. Using the model-based vehicle calibration, the development lead time can be saved for 3 months, and fuel consumption calculation accuracy can be improved by 5%.
