汽车改型对行驶阻力影响分析

摘要 介绍运用VBOX3i数据采集系统,按照GB/T 12534—1990《汽车道路试验方法通则》和GB 18352.5—2013《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第五阶段)》规定,对某款汽车在安装不同零件后的汽车行驶阻力进行测量、计算、分析、比较。试验结果分析表明,这款汽车安装底护板后的汽车行驶阻力小于安装扰流板后的汽车行驶阻力,符合设计要求。本文为判定其他类似的汽车改型和设计变更对汽车行驶阻力的影响提供了有效的方法。 This paper describes the use of VBOX3i data acquisition system, based on the stipulation in "General Test Methods for Road Vehicles ( GB / T 12534-1990 ) " and "Limits and measurement methods for emissions from light-duty vehicles ( CHINA 5 ) ( GB 18352.5-2013 ) ", measures, calculates, analyzes and compares the driving resistance of a car after installing different parts. The analysis of the test results shows that the driving resistance of the car after the installation of the bottom shield is less than that of the mounting of a spoiler, which meets the design requirements. This paper provides an effective method to determine the influence of other similar auto modification and design changes on the driving resistance of the vehicle.
