摘要
本文对台湾海峡两岸双方有关防治海洋污染的法律规定及川关国际公约进行探讨，并提出防止和减少台湾海峡水域污染的建议。
In this paper,a study is made of international regulations as well as thosepractised on both sides of the Taiwan straits concerning the prevention of pollution incoastal waters. Measures to prevent or minimize pollution in the area are sugggested.
