摘要
干散货运输潜伏着因货物移位而引起船舶发生倾斜甚至倾覆的危险性。本文分析了几起海运恶性事故的成因，并提出了在运输过程中应采取的安全措施。
In transporting dry bulk cargo by sea,there exist the dangers of listing andcapsizing due to the shifting of the cargo.An analysis of great sea disasters so caused ismade here,and some precautionary measures are accordingly suggested.
