摘要
四十年代，陕甘宁边区政府进行的“精兵简政”运动卓有成效、影响深远。本文总结了其成功的经验，以期对现实有所启示。
The policy of“better troops and simpler administration”practised by the Gov-ernment of the Base Areas of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia in the 40s proved a great suc-cess and had far-reaching influence,In this paper a summary is made of the experience,which is expected to throw some light on the situation confronting us.
