摘要
本文讨论了Ｃ型船站模拟器的设计方法，给出了模拟器设计中关键问题的处理方法，如通信卫星的选择、文本编辑器的实现等。
This paper discusses the design of the inmarsat-C Mobile Earth Station simulator in GMDSS,and the solutions to some of the relevant major problems,including theselection of communication satellites,the implementation of text editor,etc.
