本文提出了由单块第二代电流传输器组成的单限电压比较器、施密特触发器和窗口电压比较器，讨论了它们的性能参数及实验结果。
This paper describes the single-limit voltage comparator,Schmitt trigger and window voltage comparator each of which incorporates only a second-generation current conveyor (CCII).It also discusses their performance parameters and experimental results.
