The change rules of the efficiency of frequency converter, electric machinery and pump in pump device have been analyzed in theory by referring to relevant literature, and as flow and frequency changes the change rules of efficiency of frequency converter and variable frequency pump device have been verified in the test. And at last authors expect to provide some reference in the field of evaluating total energy consumption of pump device and seeking energy saving approach for engineers.
