摘要 应用层次分析法对采油废水的处理技术进行综合分析。选取4种实际采油废水处理工艺作为方案层,以经济效益、环境效益、技术性能为准则层,以建设费用、COD去除率、技术可靠性等为指标层,构建采油废水的层次模型及相关判断矩阵,计算各矩阵的权重值并对其一致性指标进行判断,最后进行总层次排序。研究结果表明,4种工艺中最适宜的采油废水处理技术为厌氧折流板反应器与序批式活性污泥法的组合工艺,该工艺处理效果显著,运行维护费用低,且易于操作管理。 Oilfield produced wastewater treatment technique was analyzed by analytic hierarchy method. Selecting four kinds of oilfield produced wastewater treatment techniques as the solution layer, taking economic benefit, environmental benefit and technical characteristics as the rule layer, the construction cost, COD removal rate, technology reliability and so on as the index layer, a hierarchical model of oilfield produced wastewater and the relevant judgment matrix were constructed, the weight value of each matrix was calculated and its consistency index was judged at the same time; finally, all the above layers were ordered. The results of the study showed that, among the mentioned four kinds of techniques, a combined process of anaerobic baffle plate reactor and sequencing batch activated sludge process was the most proper one for oilfield produced wastewater treatment, as it had advantages of remarkable effect, low maintenance cost and easy operation management.
