摘要 系统介绍了蒙内铁路沿线生活污水和生产废水的处理工艺。分析了化粪池-厌氧处理工艺在站区生活污水处理中的优势;针对机务段、机务折返段和车辆段的含油污水,采用隔油-破乳-气浮-砂滤-炭滤处理工艺,能够有效去除污水中的油污,在气浮工艺前投加石灰乳破乳,一方面提高了气浮对油污的去除率,另一面还减轻了后序砂滤和炭滤过程的负荷,提高了滤料的使用寿命,降低了运营成本。采用自控程度高、基建费用低、处理效果好的SBR工艺作为深度处理工艺,使得出水能够达标排放或者用于站区回用。 The technology for domestic sewage and industrial wastewater treatment along the railway of Mombasa Port to Nairobi South was systematically introduced. The advantages of septic tank-anaerobic treatment process in the station area domestic sewage treatment were analyzed. For the oily sewage of locomotive depot, locomotive turnaround depot and vehicle depot, the oil was degraded effectively by oil separation-demulsificationair flotation-sand filtration-carbon filtration process. Adding lime emulsion before the air flotation, on the one hand, improved the oil removal rate of air flotation process, on the other hand, reduced the load of sand filtration and carbon filtration process, the service life of the materials was prolonged, and the operation cost was reduced also. Using SBR process characterized by high automatic control degree, low construction expenses, and good treatment effect, as the advanced treatment technology, the effluent water quality could meet the requirement of discharge standard and could be reused in the station area also.
