摘要 针对槟榔废水色度大、温度高、SS浓度高、有机物浓度高的特点,采用预处理-气浮-IC-接触氧化-活性炭过滤工艺处理槟榔废水,介绍了处理工艺流程及工艺特点,给出了主要处理单元设计参数、项目投资及运行成本。工程运行结果表明,在原水ρ(COD_(Cr))≤10 000 mg/L、ρ(BOD5)≤4 000 mg/L、ρ(SS)≤1 000 mg/L、水温为40~60℃时,处理后出水ρ(COD_(Cr))≤75 mg/L、ρ(BOD5)≤25 mg/L、ρ(SS)≤20 mg/L,出水水质达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准的要求。 In view of the characteristics of betelnut wastewater such as high chroma, high temperature, high SS concentration, high organic matters concentration, and so on, pretreatment-air flotation-IC contact oxidationactivated carbon filtration process was used for its treatment. The process flow and technical features were introduced, the design parameters of main treatment units, item investment and operation cost were pointed out. The operation results of the project showed that, when the mass concentrations of COD_(Cr), BOD5 and SS were not above10 000, 4 000 and 1 000 respectively, the water temperature was 40-60 ℃, the above indexes of the effluent water were lower than or equal to 75, 25 and 20 mg/L respectively, the effluent water quality met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
