市政污泥热解技术工艺优化研究及其节能效益评估 被引量:4

摘要 污泥热解时对热解产物起关键影响的工艺参数为热解温度和热解时间,该参数直接影响工艺的减量率和经济性,同时影响产物的颜色和热值。采用自制热处理设备,在不同温度和持续时间下对污泥热解技术进行研究,探究污泥热解相关指标随热解温度和热解时间的变化规律,并对污泥热解工艺参数进行了优化。试验表明:热解温度越高,污泥减量率越大,热解产物热值越低;热解时间越长,污泥减量率越大,热解产物热值越低,但其变化幅度逐渐降低;优化后的工艺条件为:热解温度400℃,持续时间20 min。 Temperature and time play important roles in the process of municipal sludge pyrolysis, which can directly affect the weight loss ratio, economical efficiency of the process and impact the color and the heat value of the product at the same time. A research on sludge pyrolysis technique under different temperatures and duration time was carried out using home-made heat treatment equipment, the rules of indexes related to sluge pyrolysis change along with temperature and time were investigated, and then, the parameters of sludge pyrolysis technique were optimized. The results of the test showed that, the higher the temperatures and the longer the duration time is, the larger the weight loss ratio and the lower the heat value of the pyrolytic product would be;however, the rangeability decreased gradually. The optimized process condition is as follows: the pyrolytic temperature was 400 ℃, the duration time was 20 min.
