摘要
以卵巢癌细胞SKOV3细胞为细胞模型,检测还原性石墨烯―纳米银(r GO-Ag)对卵巢癌细胞的杀伤作用。结果表明:SKOV3细胞经不同浓度的r GO-Ag处理后,细胞增殖显著被抑制,细胞内ROS水平显著上升,细胞线粒体膜电位(MMP)检测出现去极化,细胞中组蛋白γ-H2AX和RAD51的表达量显著增多,最终促进细胞凋亡。此为r GO-Ag NPs用于癌症治疗提供了一个新的方法。
Using ovarian cancer cell SKOV3 as a model,the killing effect of Graphene nano silver( r GO-Ag) on ovarian cancer cells was checked. The results showed that the cell viability was significantly inhibited after different concentrations of r GO-Ag NPs were treated,the levels of activated oxygen( ROS) in the treated cells were significantly increased, depolarization was detected by mitochondrial membrane potential( MMP), the histone ofγ-H2 AX and RAD51 were significantly increased,eventually leading to cell apoptosis,which is a new treatment for the treatment of cancer.
