一种电容器芯包极性识别定位机构的设计

摘要 主要目的是设计一种模拟三指夹识别电容极性方向、并能进行精确旋转定位的机构,为电容器后续的自动化生产提供支持,其能有效的解决现有之采用人工识别电容芯包方向的生产效率低下、放置角度一致性差等问题。该技术是属于电容、电池芯包与上盖装配方向识别及其它类似领域技术应用。 The main purpose was to design a mechanism,which could simulate the function of three-fingered clips in capacitor recognition and offer accurate rotation location. This device could not only provide a support for the follow-up automated production of capacitors,but also effectively solve the existing problems,including the low efficiency of capacitors cores and poor uniformity of placed angles. This technology was applied in production capacitors,capacitors cores and the upper cover assembly direction identification as well as in other simiar fields.
