农村与区域发展领域专业学位研究生实践能力培养的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of practical ability cultivation for the rural and regional development professional degree graduate

经过十几年的发展,我国农村与区域发展领域专业学位研究生教育取得了长足的进步,然而其实践能力的培养一直以来都是一个非常薄弱的环节,存在着很多不足和问题:学生专业背景和经历缺乏;课程设置不合理;教师不适应专业学位的培养;实习与实践流于形式。笔者以武汉轻工大学农村与区域发展领域硕士研究生的实践能力培养为例,介绍其主要的经验与做法,并提出相应建议,以期为提高农村与区域发展领域专业学位研究生的实践能力提供参考。

After more than ten years development,educational of the rural and regional development professional degree graduate has made great progress. However,there are some present problems about practical ability cultivation of the rural and regional development professional degree graduate. Firstly,the students are short of agriculture professional background and experience. Secondly,the curriculum is unreasonable. Thirdly,Teachers do not adapt to the tranining of professional degree. Finally,professional practice becomes a mere formality. In this paper,based on some lessons and experiences on practical ability cultivation of the rural and regional development professional degree graduate in Wuhan Polytechnic University from the past few years,some suggestions are provided.
