张家口市土地利用多功能性动态评价

Multi-functional dynamic evaluation of land use in Zhangjiakou City

为向张家口市土地合理利用和规划的决策提供科学依据,以河北省张家口市为研究区域,从社会、经济和环境角度构建土地利用多功能性评价指标体系,对其1995、2005和2014年土地利用多功能性状态及其变化进行了评价和分析。结果表明:1)1995—2004年张家口市土地利用总功能缓慢退化,区县间差异增大,土地利用以社会功能和环境功能为主;2005—2014年,土地总功能上升,区县差异缩小,土地利用以经济功能为主导,单项功能间协调性变差。2)中心城区土地利用总功能、社会功能和经济功能较强,环境功能较弱,坝上高原北部区县的环境功能相对较强,但社会功能和经济功能较弱。大部分区县的社会功能和经济功能经历了先退化后提升的阶段,环境功能则是先提升后减弱。其中后一阶段环境功能退化以南部区县最为明显。

Taking Zhangjiakou City as the research object,the multi-functional evaluation index system of land use from the social,economic and environmental perspectives was conducted.The multi-functional status and its changes in 1995,2005 and 2014 were measured.The results showed that：1） From 1995 to 2004,the total function of land use was slowly degraded,and the difference among counties was increasing,and the social function and environmental function played important roles in land use system.From 2005 to 2014,the overall function of land increased,the county difference was becoming narrowed.The land use was dominated by economic function and the coordination in individual functions deteriorated.2） The central city was in dominant position whether in social and economic function or in the overall function.The environmental function of the northern part was relatively strong,but the social function and economic function were weak.The most districts of the city had experienced a stage in which the economic function and social function promoted at first and then degraded.Their change trends were contrary to environmental functions.The southern region was the most obvious in the latter stage of environmental degradation.
