高分辨质谱对化妆品中非法添加标准外糖皮质激素的快速筛查及应用

Rapid Screening and Detection of Glucocorticoids Illegally Added in Cosmetics by Q-TOF Method

在依据GB/T 24800.2-2009使用串联四级杆质谱仪对甲基泼尼松龙醋酸酯的测定过程中,发现与标准中甲基泼尼松龙醋酸酯同分异构的疑似糖皮质激素。在没有标准品的情况下,采用Q-TOF液质联用系统对该疑似物进行了快速筛查,基于自建谱库和Chem Spider数据库进行匹配后确证了该疑似物为强效糖皮质激素地索奈德,谱库匹配度为99.7%。

During detecting methylprednisolone-21 acetate in cosmetics according to GB/T 24800.2-2009 standard by tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry,we found a suspicious additive which was highly the isomeride of methylprednisolone-21 acetate.Then in the absence of a standard reference,the Q-TOF method was used to screen and detect this component based on the self-made library and Chem Spider database.It was confirmed that the suspected substance was potent glucocorticoid desonide,and the matching degree was 99.7%.
