本文从设计单位的角度,以工业项目设计任务为研究对象,针对项目特点,对项目设计进度管理的难点进行深入梳理和分析。在此基础上,提出了如何做好工业项目设计进度控制的五点建议,供设计项目管理者参考。

In this paper, from the perspective of the design company, takingthe industrial project design task as the research object, according to the characteristics of the project, the difficulties of project design progress management are deeply analyzed, on this basis, put forward five suggestions on how to do a good job of industrial project design progress control, for the design project manager reference.
