This paper introduces the characteristics of operational faults and accidents occurred during the transport of the ore transport truck in Ekou Iron Mine. The accident pre-warning analysis is applied to analyze and study the operational failure of the transport truck, and summarizes the corresponding early warning analysis and equipment management control measures, it will be promoted in the mine transport truck equipment management.
