摘要
１９９２年８月，厦门市水产养殖场爆发牛蛙“胀肚病”，使体重１０～５０ｇ的幼蛙大量死亡，经病原分离、培养、人工感染、苗种鉴定、药敏试验等一系列试验研究，确认病原菌为温和气单胞菌（ＡｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓＳｂｒｉａ）。
築ased on the report about a high mortality of small bullfrogs（each weighingbetween 10g and 50g） due to bloated－stomach being found on one of the aquatic farmsin Xiamen, this paper deals with a series of test studies concerning on pafhogeretic bac-terium of bullfrog’s bloated－stomach，wheir isolation，culture， characterization， artificialinfection，and medicine sensitirity，etc，Throughout tests， it is confirmed that the baeteri-um that causes the bloated－stomach disease is Aeromonas sobria.
