摘要
确定最大变位系数是插齿刀设计的一个重要问题。而顶刃变尖是限制插齿刀最大变位系数的条件之一。目前常用的确定最大变位系数的方法,或者太麻烦,或者精度低。本文提出一种以牛蛎数值迭代法为基础的电算法,可以精确、迅捷,简便地确定插齿刀的最大变位系数。
: It is an important problem to indicate the maximum displacement coefficient ingear slotting tool design process. But that top edge becomes point is one of conditions forIimiting maximum displacement coefficient of gear slotting tool. At the present the com-mon method to indicate maximum displacement coefficient is either inconvenience or lowprecision In this paper a calculating method by using computer basis on the Newton一numerical iterative method is raised. It can indicate the maximum displacement coeffi-cient of gear slotting tool more easily, faster and more accurate.
